Surprise Birthday Card

This card is for the Peachy Keen and the Paper Playtime Challenges.  The PK challenge was to make a background with our PK stamps.  The only problem, my only PK stamps are faces.  So I decided to make a surpise birthday party card, so I could also enter it into Paper Playtimes challenge.  The front is all eyes from some of the faces collections I own.  I stamped them with white then embossed them (since the white ink is so light on the black paper).

Then the inside of the card I used Everyday Paper Dolls and printed the sentiment "Surprise"  "Happy Birthday" on my computer.

The ribbon is from my stash

The paper is from DCWV-dots, stripes and plaids

Challenge card

I made this card specifically for the challenge.  I usually make cards for challenges with a specific occasion in mind.

This is made using the Mickey and Friends cart.  I added flowers from Fresly Picked and the name of my dog (Bear) on the dog house.  I put Bear on an Action Wobble.  In order for it to fit, I had to cut it down quite a bit, but finally made it work.  I love how cute it turned out!

Mothers Day card

I made this Mothers Day card for my MIL.  She is a very sweet lady and I think she will love this garden themed card.  I used Freshly Picked for the gazebo and flowers.

I am entering this into Die Cuttin Divas-Garden challenge

Color me a rainbow

Over Easter I saw alot of my grand nieces and nephews.  My grand nieces are really into the Disney Princess'.  I asked what their favorites are and one said Ariel and the other said Sleeping Beauty.  I decided to send them a little card-here is one of them.

I decided to make her with the colors of the rainbow for this challenge!  I found the ribbon on clearance today at Walmart-it was perfect for the card.

Birthday card for another Grand Niece

This is a 1st Birthday card for one of my grand nieces.  The giraffe and bees are from Create a Critter (one of my favorite carts).  I made the card as a tri-fold.

Say it with Sentiment Birthday Card

This is a card I made for my Grand Nieces 1st birthday.  I love how it turned out.

I used Create a Critter for the elephant and Flower Shoppe for the flower, Gypsy Wanderings for Happy Birthday, Kates ABC for Ella and 1st from Sugar and Spice for the banners.  I had the cute little ribbon bows in my stash and the polka dot ribbon.

Umbrella Card

This card turned out so cute.  The little duckie is from Create a Critter, and I used PK stamps for his cute little face.  I love his little red galoshes and red polka dot umbrella.  I used glossy accents on the galoshes.  The grass is a MS gooey punch that I used on green paper to make it look like grass, I think it turned out great. The sun is a pretty yellow button I had in my stash tied with some bakers twine.

I am entereing this in the Paper Playtime Challenge-April Showers

Happy Birthday Card

This card originally started out as a PK design challenge card, that was nothing like this.  I tried so many different cuts and colors and didn't like the way anything looked.  Then I decided to try this little Lion from Life's a Party and I loved it.  I then pulled out some stock red paper for the base and some stripped paper from DCWV Stack 7.  The grass was cut I think from Create a Critter, but it was in my stash, so I'm not quite sure.  When I cut something and don't use it for that project I save it and sometimes use it for another project.  The balloon buttons are from JoAnns and Fabulous Finds, they have the cutest buttons!  I used red, blue and green bakers twine to match the balloons.

The face is stamped using PK Cute and Cuddly Face and I put him on an Action Wobble.  I just love how cute he turned out.  I used chalk on the cheeks and glossy accents on the eyes and nose.
