Paper Cutz Challenge #89

Boy, I think this was the easiest challenge ever - it is whatever you want!  I made my bro-in-law a card (he likes to golf).  So I thought I would show you that one.  The stamp is actually 2 stamps from my stash, the paper is open stock from Joanns.  I used the Create a Critter cart.

I had to add the sun, even though we haven't had too much sun yet this year.  But golfers in the Pacific NW learn to love the game in all weather!

Flaunt It Fridays #20

I just bought the Cindy Loo Cart two weeks ago and had not had an occasion to use it.  I'm so glad this challenge was any cut fro that cart.  It has such pretty cuts.  Anyway I used the little deer.  And it gave me a chance to use my brand new punch!

PaperCutz Challenge #87

I made this card for my nephew for his birthday.  He's a huge Uof Oregon fan, so I tried to make it look a little like a uniform.  I think it turned out so cute.
As you can tell the school colors are green and yellow!

Tacky Tuesday Challenge And Creative Sisters Challenge

I always love doing the Tacky Tuesday challenge.  It's always so crazy and fun.  This time you had to use a cow (any cow) and use the word udder or moo on the front of your card.  I had so many ideas going through my mind on this, but finally decided on Peek-A-Moo.
I am also entering this in the Creative Sisters Barnyard challenge this week! I hope you like it!

This card ended up being 6x6, so I'm going to have to make an envelope for it, but that was the only way I could fit the two cows playing peek-a-moo.

Paper Playtime, Challenge #43

For Ch#43 the theme is WEATHER.
Use sunshines, rain, rainbows, clouds... or anything else pertaining to the weather on your project.

Since I live in SW Washington and we've only seen the sun for about 3 hours the past 6 months, I naturally went towards the rain.  I do love the rain otherwise I wouldn't live here, but there is a limit.  I am definately looking forward to spring
I think he turned out so cute.  I used glossy accents on his boots, the rain and the water.

Paper Cutz Challenge #86

This is basically almost any Easter card, it has to have a bunny, chick, lamb or Easter egg.  I chose my Hello Kitty cart for this.  I love HK, but don't seem to use it very much, I added a little Easter basket and hand cut little tiny eggs and grass.  I had some little heart bling and computer generated the heart and sentiment.  I think it turned out cute.

Flaunt it Fridays Ch#18

This challenge is to use the Sheep from Country Life.  I don't have that cart, so I used the sheep "From my Kitchen" cart instead.
I'm really going to have to work on my photog skills, this is so crooked, oh well.  I used glitter on the sheep and cut the heart and sentiment from my computer.

Baby Shower Gifts

This is a project I have been working on for awhile.  My nephew and his wife are having their first baby, so I've been working on little gifts and a card for the baby shower tomorrow.
The first item is the card, the idea of welding the umbrella onto a base was from "Cards by CG"  She is a fantastic designer and always has wonderful ideas!  I love how this turned out.

The next project is a little box to put things in for the baby, it was an idea from "Made by Momo".  I really like how this turned out.  I made this for another neice for her baby and she loves it.  (The babys nickname is baby bee)

The last project I did was a counting book from an original idea of "Jens Creation Station".  I laminated this little book, and I don't think I would do that again.  I had so much trouble with crinkling and had to keep redoing entire pages.  I made some other mistakes on it, but have learned from them.  I think overall my niece-in-law will like it.  It's hard to see in this picture but almost all of the little designs on the pages have stickles.
