PaperCutz Challenge #87

I made this card for my nephew for his birthday.  He's a huge Uof Oregon fan, so I tried to make it look a little like a uniform.  I think it turned out so cute.
As you can tell the school colors are green and yellow!

    I'm from Oregon and this little guy turned out so cute. I have 2 nieces that attend the
    U of O. so I am also a big Duck fan.
