Happy Camper

I know I haven't posted forever.  However, I have still been creating.  I got my Explore Air in June and have been playing with and learning it.  I just made this t-shirt for my grandson for our camping trip this week.  I used the Outdoor Man cartridge for the tent and Harlow Solid Italic for the letters.

Beach scene card

This is a birthday card I made using a SVGcuts file.  I went outside my comfort zone and used a variety of patterned papers, including stripes and dots.

Halloween decoration

This is a decoration I made this weekend for Halloween.  The paper is a light gray that I scuffed with black ink, to give it a spooky look.

The two bottles, coffin, skeleton, witch, moon, bats and box are all from the Silhouette store.  I added some charms around it.  I love how it turned out.

Hello Kitty birthday card

A friend is having her daughters 1st birthday this weekend.  And wouldn't you know, it's Hello Kitty.  Well I have that Cricut cart and decided to make a shaped card.  The theme is also pink zebra print.  I found some zebra print paper and colored it with my Spectrum Noir, added some bling.

Penguin Joy Fold Card

This is another Joy fold card.  I love how these go together.  This one is a little penguin from the Silhouette store.  The sentiment stamp is to secure the closure.

I put the little penguin on an Action Wobble.

I added another sentiment on the inside.  Both are embossed in red.  I also added some holly and berry MS punch.

Joy Fold Card

I just learned how to make the Joy Fold card and made several of them.  They go together very easily, the hardest part is deciding the focal image!

This is a Christmas card inspired by the song O Christmas Tree

I stamped and embossed the tree and printed the sentiment.  I added some pearls and buttons (for closure)

Girls Birthday card

My daughter asked me to make a Hello Kitty card with zebra stripes (party theme) for a friends daughters 1st birthday.  So I went to my Hello Kitty cartridge and she picked a couple of the images.  I decided to make a swing card.

I found this fuzzy zebra print paper.  The card design, cut in pink, is from the Silhouette store.  I edit out the fold lines, cause I think it weakens the card structure.  I then cut the card again using the zebra stripes and cut it down, so it looks like it's matted.  I had to add pearls, she is a girly girl!
